Our pool heating pumps have a safety system that prevents the element from overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. In this way, it causes a temporary shutdown of services automatically until the pump can recover its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional cleaning fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place the trash inside the bench in front of the house daily to keep a clean home. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep. • Legacy Vacation Homes is not responsible for missing or misplaced deliveries.
